Amy is a compassionate grief coach dedicated to helping people move through their pain stories and find renewed purpose.
With a heart for those walking through grief, Amy shares her journey of faith and healing through writing and speaking. She encourages others to embrace vulnerability, express their true feelings, and hold on to God’s promises, even when faith feels shaky. Her personal experience as a mom of loss, an adoptive mom, and a heart mom gives her a unique perspective on the beautiful and messy journey of faith and motherhood.
When she’s not coaching or speaking, Amy enjoys laughing with her handsome pilot husband and their kids, quoting her favorite show, Friends, and trying (and failing) to break up with Diet Coke. She is passionate about the story God is writing in her life and the ways He’s grown her family through adoption.
Amy holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and French. Her professional background includes over five years of serving at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan, teaching the Rebuild course for those grieving at Willow Creek Community Church, and working with Nothing is Wasted Ministries and Podcast.
Amy is available for speaking engagements at women’s retreats, small groups, and events (virtual sessions available too!). She speaks about wrestling with God with a broken heart, practical next steps for healing, and finding purpose out of your pain story.
She is also excited to announce her upcoming devotional, offering more insights and encouragement. Sign up below to stay updated!
